Started my 365 Day Project

Well – I have done it again. I have started my 365-day photo project… I didn’t complete it last year due to losing motivation and I think I know why. It wasn’t that I wasn’t taking pictures or had the ability to take them I was just putting too much stress on myself to get them edited and posted the same day so I’m going to take a different approach this year.

My goals this year:

  • Picture a day… DUH! Of course that’s the point
  • Don’t stress about getting the pictures posted everyday
  • Tell a story with the picture not just worry about taking a GREAT picture everyday because some days I’m just not going to have the time, ability or passion.
  • Take time to practice something new
  • Use different cameras for different perspectives
  • Tell a story with the picture not just worry about taking a GREAT picture everyday because some days I’m just not going to have the time, ability or passion.
  • Have more fun with the project
  • Include pictures that are for sale as well
  • Tell a story with the picture not just worry about taking a GREAT picture everyday because some days I’m just not going to have the time, ability or passion.

You might see a theme in there and there is one! I have to stop stressing myself out trying to take a perfect picture everyday… and trying to get them edited and posted. I’m just going to have days / weeks where it takes a few days to get them posted. I just need to spend more time having fun and learning with this project and of course… Tell a story! J
